DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PRODUCTO El alimentador de peces AquaForte tiene un modelo y un funcionamiento muy sencillo con 3 botones. El alimentador le garantiza que obtendrá lo de sus peces dándoles siempre la cantidad justa de alimento. Esto garantiza un crecimiento óptimo y un bonito patrón de colores. CANTIDADES MÁS PEQUEÑAS Las pequeñas cantidades de alimento mantienen a los peces más sanos y son es para el estanque. Como todo el alimento es absorbido por los peces, se evita la contaminación innecesaria del agua y se reduce al mínimo la carga del filtro. El dispensador es adecuado para alimentos con un tamaño de grano de entre 2 y 9 mm. El contenedor total es adecuado para 7 litros de alimento. PROGRAMACIÓN El temporizador con 3 botones de funcionamiento es fácil de programar y permite la alimentación totalmente automática de sus peces de 1 a 24 veces al día. Además, el número de segundos de dosificación necesarios por alimentación puede ajustarse de 0 a 600 segundos. Además del temporizador, también es posible alimentar mediante una automatización externa con uno o varios dosificadores. El alimentador de peces AquaForte se suministra con un soporte y tiene un cable de alimentación de 9 metros. Las dimensiones del alimentador son: Ø27,5 x 37,5 cm.

If you use this outdoors the control unit needs to be protected with a ceiling or extra cubicle. Recommendation for the seller to offer a solution to add extra service to customers.Without extra covering the electronic unit will likely fail due to water.I have added an extra protection and it has worked well for three years!Wintertime it is stored in a dry warm environment.

Easy to program never missed a beat love it but I bought this less than 2 years ago for a grand total of £155.56 as much as i like it I can't justify buying another at the hiked price of £357.65 ?

I now have two of these feeders, first one that arrived was badged X-Clear, the second is Aqua Forte. Both are the exact same. I’ve had the first unit for a year and it’s worked really well. It’s on my grow on tank and dispenses 16 feeds a day with no problems.The second unit is now on my main koi pond and delivers 8 feeds a day with a total of 400g a day.The only thing I’d say is that the unit needs to be levelled perfectly otherwise it can cause an issue where it can dispense small amounts of food when it’s touched or the wind hits it.It's a fairly simple unit to set up, the holder for the feeder is supplied with it and is made of plastic as is the feeder unit itself. Unit is just over 40cm tall and is a lot bigger looking than the images suggest.Setting up the feeding schedule is simple too, I won't go through it all as it's in the instruction manual and it’s simple to do.It also comes with a Euro plug (a pretty strong looking one, but still not ideal) when it should really have a UK plug, so you will need an adaptor.In terms of getting the correct amount of food per feeding time, I experimented for about half an hour. I'm feeding a mix of four mm and six mm Saki Hikari pellets, so I premixed the two sizes in a bowl and then poured about two litres into the unit. To get fifteen grams released consistently, I set to a delivery time of twelve seconds. I tested this four times, weighed the output from the feeder and it was consistent. The feeder can be set to anywhere from one to six hundred seconds. There is also a round disc supplied with the unit that has to go in for feed less than four mm.Overall recommended.
