I am very impressed with this cafetiere. I've been using a cheap plastic one and to be fair it has been very good but it cracked at the bottom so I needed a new one because I love my coffee. I ruled out the glass ones for obvious reasons and chose this one. It really is very good and I am impressed with the quality and it looks good on my worktop. I can get 2 mugs filled to the max line and it stays hot for about an hour. I love the little mini container though I'm unsure what to use it for as it is very small. I'm now looking at the Gator containers and will be buying some in the near future.

Es perfecta, es linda, hace una buena cantidad de café y no se rompe como las de vidrio (porque se te caen o porque se quiebra el vidrio por el calor).

Robusta y bella. Toda ella es imcreible. Adoro tomar el cafe con la prensa francesa porque no me sienta mal en el estómago. Estoy muy feliz con esta compra! Todo un acierto

Ürün kullanım açısından iyi ancak suyun döküldüğü uç kısımın gövdeye yapistigi yerde 1 cm kadar bir bölgede açıklık var, oradan iceriye su kaçiyor, sicak su koyunca o yerden ses ve baloncuklar cikiyor, herhalde bu sebeple olacak ki çift duvar oldugu halde icindeki kahve çok hizli bicimde soğuyor, isiyi disariya veriyor. Videosunu cektim ama goruntü ekleme gibi bir secenek goremedigim icin ekleyemiyorum.Ayrıca yanında gelen küçük cam kavanoz da hem çok küçük hem de çok çabuk kırılacakmış gibi duruyor. Dışına metal kılıf geçirmişler ama uçları cam, metal french press alanların çoğu 'artık kırılmayan, cam olmayan' malzeme istedikleri için metale yöneliyorlar, cam kavanoz yollanması o sebeple komik olmuş.

This is a beautiful coffee press that includes wonderful instructions on how to brew the best possible coffee. The instructions are simple to follow and really do make a wonderful cup of coffee.The press is a thermal vessel which keeps the coffee warm long enough for me to enjoy two large mugs.For a quality French press the price point is on the high end, but it seems worth the cost.

This is my first and only french press, but from what I've experienced, it's been awesome. This of course gives the delicious coffee you'd expect, but the key factor for this thing is the build quality. It's super solid, from the container to the press pieces. Everything fits and works really well and gives the impression that it will continue to do so. After reading how the colors chip over time, I went with the stainless steel and am so glad I did. It looks great and should continue to do so. One of the biggest reasons I chose this one was because of the company. I haven't had to deal with them, but they appear to be one of those cool, customer focused companies that have put a little extra into the quality side of things and will do anything to make sure you're happy with their products. Just make sure you hand wash all the parts, I would not recommend using the dishwasher.The brewing process:I grind the coffee and little finer than normal french press standards and it works great to give extra flavor (saw a video on this). I get the water to a boil and let it sit a few minutes to cool down. Gator suggests a 9 minute steep with a stir midway through (to remove the foam), but I skip the stir and it turns out great (foam adds flavor!). I then decanter the coffee which is crucial (I use a metal insulated water bottle). This not only keeps the coffee hot, but also allows the sediment to settle. The double screen filters work well and if you're getting too much sediment then you're probably grinding your coffee too fine. The main factor for how the coffee turns out has been the grind consistency. But there's a pretty good window to getting it right even with a blade grinder. I'll also say that if you do go too fine, it's not too big of a deal, because if you used the decanter, it just makes the last couple of ounces of coffee undrinkable - better than weak coffee from having grounds too coarse. Other than that, just make sure you don't burn it or go over 9 mins and you're golden. Super fun process, but just be ready for cleanup, I use a rubber spatula to get the coffee into the trash can (I don't suggest putting it into the garbage disposal). Overall super pleased and I look forward to making the coffee every time I use this thing.

No sabía si fiarme de esta marca, hice un acto de fe y compré la cafetera, porque necesitaba una de este tipo para cuando viajo a apartamentos, ya que a veces no hay cafetera, o la que hay no me gusta, o no vale, o es pequeña, o... la cafetera de émbolo nunca falla y pueden hacerse varios cafés seguidos (evidentemente con su tiempo de espera, pero mientras se infusiona el café se puede estar calentando agua para el otro).Hay otras cafeteras de émbolo, pero la mayoría de cristal, el cual es muy frágil para viajar y no me fiaba, aparte de que la mayoría también incluye piezas de plástico en contacto con el líquido caliente.Pues bien, como digo, me arriesgué y gane. La cafetera es bien robusta, de acero inoxidable cepillado bueno, grueso (pesa lo suyo, no es para equipaje de mano...), puedes darle en la cabeza a un intruso si es necesario y lo dejas KO y la cafetera OK.Maravillosa.El proceso de hacer el café es como en cualquier otra de émbolo, cabe 1 litro de agua así que vale tanto para mucha gente como para poca, y se limpia súper fácil, es la mejor cafetera que cualquier podría aprender a manejar.Sin duda ha sido un gran acierto y me ha hecho confiar en esa marca. Cumple muy bien su función: conserva el té café caliente al hacer la infusión, y a mí me parece que queda más rico que en una cafetera normal. Además, tiene un buen acabado y es bonita.

Excelente cafetera de émbolo, robusta y de muy buena calidad. Nada más desembalarla te das cuenta que el producto está por debajo de su precio en cuanto a calidad. Funciona a la perfección y la tapa asegura que el café no se enfríe durante un buen tiempo.

Muy buena. He utilizado otras cafeteras de este sistema y esta es mucho mejor. Su jarra de acero inixidable de doble capa hace que se mantenga el café caliente y el filtro y todos sus componentes, del mismo material, hacen que sea higiénica y duradera. Muy recomendable.
