It wasn't the one I ordered it shows a metal collar but it came as plastic but I need it straight away so couldn't return

I had the same problem (clips dont work), although i was up a scaffold and the sleeve fell 3 levels, bounced of a board and hit a window which then needed replacing!Wouldnt reccomend this product
