The Mug is a nice size and has clear print on it but the box that it came in was damaged and the Mug almost fell out when I took it out of the brown box.

Gave this mug as a present, it is big enough to be a soup bowl and the transfers were badly applied, they were skewed and cracked. If they are still on after it is washed I will be surprised. Very poor value for money and I was embarrassed after giving it as a present. To be honest, if you could give it zero stars I would.

The one star is obviously due to what I ended up with which was a totally unusable mug. The size is great (it’s massive) and I think it’s well over at least 600mls this holds. I wasn’t fussed on the free stencil but that’s free anyway. The design is great too. HOWEVER, the packaging! This arrived in its box stuff inside a brown paper Amazon bag. What could possibly go wrong? If you order a mug or anything fragile and your package arrives rattling then you know you have a problem straight away. Obviously the Couriers have been lobbing this thing about the place so it’s arrived damaged. No “fragile” stickers on the brown paper back either. If it arrives in one piece but if Amazon continue to package it like this then it’s a real gamble.

Le encantó. Desde que la tiene es su taza favorita para todo. Siempre la lavo a mano. Lleva 15 usándose a diario y está perfecta.
