I returned this item end of April and still haven’t seen anything for a refund. I reached out a couple times in June after being told 7-15 days for refund, I have reached out a couple times in July. They say they issued the refund to original payment but I check that account daily I haven’t seen a return come in. I am still in contact letting them know but nothing is being done about it.I returned the dress because the chest was huge but I couldn’t get it to zip all the way it was too small. It’s beautiful but it’s not worth this hassle.

It looks nothing like a picture and it’s made out of cheap material And when I was going to return it It was more than the price I paid for the dress To return it still just kept it and threw it to the trash don’t buy

I received the dress, arrived perfectly fine, and fit as it said. I just didn’t like how I looked in it. I went to ask for a refund and if I can send it back. They kept going around that option and saying to sell it to get my money back? I obviously wanted to send it back and it was perfectly fine and not ruined… Then they said that I wouldn’t get my full refund if I did. I went to the ups store and it was over $100 to send it back! Such a scam!!! Bad customer service and return policy is crap! Definitely do not buy if you’re not sure with your size or how it will look. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I bought the dress but wasn’t sure I was going to keep it. It ended up not fitting so I chose to return it. The return process was ridiculous and I ended up going back and forth with the company for a few days. They wanted me to sell the dress instead of returning it. Pretty dress, great price, would not recommend if you are on the fence and might return it.

If your not sure about using the dress DO NOT BUY!! The customer service just gives you the run around and doesn’t give you clear answers about returning. It’s usually so easy to return on Amazon so I went for it but this was a horrible experience. Now I’m out money with a dress that will never be worn. Not worth the risk you like it if you ask me. Try a different dress, this seller is horrible.
